We recently started polling our members and asked them to rate their experience at each of our partner hospitals through our daily “Voice of the Customer” process. This was to help us ensure that our members are constantly getting the best care available and to be able to identify & de-escalate any problems quickly.
We have gotten a lot of data points in the course of this process especially as it affects:
– Quality of care
– Patient experience
– Willingness to recommend provider to others
Where appropriate, we have taken the necessary corrective and preventive actions to help the provider improve service. When our members get good service at a provider, they tell us and we can spread the word. Everyone wins!
