You get to talk to full-time doctors from anywhere in the world, whether you are at home, at the office, on a business trip or on vacation. Hygeia HMO’s service partners offer a true healthcare solution for you and your family to speak to unbiased, full-time doctors who will manage your condition and guide you to the nearest facilities if needed. The doctors will help you manage your condition, issue repeat prescriptions and give medication advice, where available. If your condition requires being seen by a doctor in person, they will refer you to the nearest facility.
Your access to Telemedicine By Hygeia HMO will be processed and set up within 7 days from payment.

How To Register & How It Works
- Provide details of yourself or other persons to be covered
- Make payment (₦2,500 per person) and send the evidence of payment to hycare@hygeiahmo.com
- You are registered and provided with Hygeia HMO enrollee numbers
- There is a 7-day waiting period to access care
- Download and install the partner’s mobile app from the Google Play store or Apple App Store on your phone OR Call the telemedicine line to talk to any of the licensed medical doctors via video or voice calls.
- The doctors will give you medical advice and you can access medication pick up, laboratory investigations and referrals for specialist care at your cost.
- If you have a Hygeia HMO plan, the pharmacy or laboratory can bill us directly OR you can get a refund as long as the requested service or drug is covered on your HMO Plan
