She explained the science behind pregnancy and gave practical tips on how mothers can ensure that they have a healthy pregnancy. The highlight of the talk was when she pointed out the importance of the HyMat plan for pregnant women who want the best outcomes for their babies and themselves. Session 3: How Best To Take Care Of Our Elderly Ones 2.0
The last session was on taking care of our elderly loved ones.
